- Pets are not permitted, no exceptions.
- The tenant pays most utilities including propane, electric, cable/internet, snow removal, and lawn care.
- Propane is filled every 90 days and will be billed back to the tenant through the management company for payment.

- The home and the carpets must be professionally cleaned by the owner's designated cleaners upon vacate.
