I've been living here for 2 1/2 years and have not had a bad experience. Office staff and maintenance staff are awesome and are quick to respond to any issues that may occur. Neighbors are all friendly and over all a great feeling in the area.

I lived here a year ago and it was just a bad experience over all. In total I had 5 leaks in my apartment first leak was from the outside into my apartment. The aircoinder had been leaking a lot of water and was collecting outside it soon seeped through my living room wall near an outlet. They had to go twice to fix it because the first time they did a half ass job. The other leak was in the kitchen sink twice. And the other leak was from my bath tube into the mater bedroom. The carpet was soaked and it began to smell they had to go back about three times to finally get the job done right. I requested to have the carpet replaced and they refused. Another issue we had was the lights on in the living room and kitchen. We would replace the bulbs constantly but the lights kept going out we called them twice they replaced the lights in a matter of days the same issue occurred I had to get all up on their case to finally have them correctly fixed. They had to replace the ceiling fan and the whole lamp in the kitchen. Aside from this issue the air contidioning here is horrible. And the pool is ALWAYS dirty the water was never clear it was always cloudy the bottom of the pool was never visible. To top it off the even dared to send me a bill of $6000!!! I am definitely fighting them court because nothing EVER worked it was issue after issue and I NEVER withheld rent from them!

Yes, it was fast and easy move in. We were not allowed to have our own chairs on the porch, the AC is awful for Texas heat, the hot water doesnt even get that and the water pressure sucks. They fixed the garbage disposal but the apartment in general was not great. When switching duty stations, they would not cooperate in a timely manner with my new apartment to verify that we had pay our remaining fees from that move. It caused us to buy a week worth of hotels waiting with still little to no response. Finally my new apartment, in Washington, bypassed their verification but with the understanding I paid TWO months rent. Would never recommend after that!

Horrible experience. They were constantly turning off the water to do "repairs" and the hot water didn't work. Over the thanksgiving holiday the water heater went out and didn't get fixed till the Monday or Tuesday after. Staff is rude and doesn't make the experience any better. The air would go out and wouldn't get fixed immediately. They don't have lights in the rooms and a lot of their outlets didn't work. The heaters they have in each room worked at first and then gave out. Highly recommend to look elsewhere.

Do NOT move into to these apartments. Worst mistake you can make. The pool is ALWAYS dirty you can't even see the bottom of it! One time I even saw a dead bird in there and no one bothered to remove for about a week. They close the pool every Monday for "maintenance" but the pool is still disgusting. It looks like swap water. The rooms do not have any lights in them. They just painted over the cabinets so when we first moved in you really had to pull the cabinets because they were stuck cause of all the paint. In the time that I've lived here We've had about 4 leaks. First one was coming from the outside into the living room area near the outlet!! I had to call maintenance twice to come and fix it properly I had a leak under the sink twice and twice from the bathtub to my closet. Also the lights from the kitchen and dining area would always go out maintenance would come and wiggle it around and would say it was just loose. I had to call them and raise my voice in order for them to actually fix the problem and replace both ceiling fans.

They didn't tell me til after I moved in that I had to open the windows to circulate the air flow from the AC!! I should have bought my own window AC but I didn't because I would assumed the AC they had was working but it air flow is so weak. So I have to use 3 fans to some what cool off the apartment. The air vents are connected to the people upstairs so you can smell everything they cook, the carpet was still dirty when I moved in, I've tried to clean it with my own hands but it do the work so it will get cleaned by professionals when I move out. They had painted over the cabinets with a dark brown color but when you open the cabinets it rips paint spots off. The maintenance one time was working on the patio above my apartment was banging on idk what then had wood chunks fall into my patio and chip the wood fence and didn't clean that up. Also it doesn't look like they clean the pool because its always dirty. I've even had to have the maintenance fix the door lock because it was loose. AND the kitchen light had dead bugs in it that looks like it was never touched in a while. I can't wait to move out in 4 months.
