Across the lake, private entrance, Walk in Bathroom, walk in shower, kitchenette, fully equipped, closet. Each Apartment is fully furnished, with queen size bed, futon, and small table to work on, or eat. ready to move in, just bring your clothes, bedding, bathroom amenities and kitchen utensils and pans and you. On site laundry in the utility room, a quarter coin operated washer and dryer, bring your own liquid soap and laundry supplies. Each apartment have a designated 1 parking spot for each tenant, additional parking will be limited on the side of building, but is limited especially when is snowing, other parking available on the alley or street at your own responsibility. Rent include all utilize and regular stand basic wifi for normal small things , please if you need lots of data for internet. work and tv apps, you will have to get you own. other than that, you are all set apply and get screened. thank you.

Fully Furnished Efficiency with hardwood floors, tile shower, with Queen platform style bed, lots of closet space, small desk, flat screen T.V. electric fireplace, gas stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dinning table with two chairs, a futon, art wall, fan, air conditioner. we have coin operated washer and dyer, (Quarters), and renter is responsible to buy their own detergents. All rooms are available to be rented for one or two tenants.
All renters must bring their own Queen size bed shits, their own blankets, their own kitchen utensils, their own things ( is like renting regular apartment, the only thing is that you don't need to bring ( a bed, or fridge, or stove or tv).
everything else is responsibility of the renter.
