Moved to this location about a month ago, and have had nothing but great things to say about this place. Denise was such a delight when it came to showing us around the complex, even our Realtor said that of all the complexes shes ever toured with her clients, none of them have ever demonstrated the type of service that Denise showed us. Neighbors and most of the complex keeps to themselves, on the weekends youll realize that there are more people out and about making noise a little late at night; but thats typically Friday and Saturday only. Everyone else here is pretty calm and to themselves. Its awesome, and at any point in time you can swing by the leasing office to pick up any packages you have which is convenient since we dont have to worry about packages being stolen off our doorstep.

Its been pretty awesome being here. Denise showed us around when we flew into Denver. Our realtor who was helping us told us Denise was very excited to meet us and to show us around. She was our first stop and we instantly fell in love. We tried to give other places a chance but they didnt compare. Our application accepeted maybe 4 hours after leaving and after being disappointed by the other we knew where our future home was. They fixed some minor issues we had with our place instantly and have been helpful with any questions we had. Ive read almost all the reviews here and in my building at least I dont see those issues. Everyones pretty much kept to themselves. Havent had any hard nights with neighbors being too loud, its been very quiet. Parking sometimes can be an issue cause a lot of cars are here but its not really an issue cause Ive been able to park 2 min away without it being a problem. Overall, its pretty relaxed and quiet around here and Id reccoment this place to anyone. (=

My wife and I moved here from New Mexico and nothing but great things to say about the staff and maintenance crew. Denise was especially helpful to us and was part of the reason that we decided to move in. If you're looking for a new apartment I would highly recommend looking at the Lowry North Apartments.

The staff are not bad, they are good ladies but they dont go above and beyond after you sign the lease. Maybe thats corporates...

The staff are not bad, they are good ladies but they dont go above and beyond after you sign the lease. Maybe thats corporates fault. Understaffed maintenance wise. Too many apartments, old buildings and old pipes(clogging issues) and its never a priority to fix. Parking is the worse in Denver, if you dont pay extra for a garage, good luck finding parking. Dirty neighbors. Over priced, and for what you pay, the service and the quality of everything is far behind that. I would never re-sign my lease. Kinda glad its almost over

Please do yourself a favor and disregard the negative comments about the staff. My personal experience with the staff, while being taken on a tour of the property and a few units, raised the standards for what I expect from leasing offices. Exemplary service as soon as I walked in from Denise Ayon! If you go in and are looking for a personable, funny as hell, and sweet person-go to DENISE! Great great great! I cant say enough how much I enjoyed my visit. They are easily on the top of my list of places to recommend family and friends!

Lowry at north is A TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE IN THE RESIDENTS HAVE NO RESPECT FOR OTHERS AND THEN WHEN YOU TRY TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT ABSOLUTELY NOTHING GETS DONE. YOU CAN HEAR THE PEOPLE ABOVE YOU. THE MAINTANCE IS HORRIBLE AND THE NEW HEAD LADY DOES NOT CARE ONLY ABOUT HERSELF. DENISE IS VERY FRIENDLY I WOULD RECOMMEND HER TO WORK SOMEWHERE ELSE. I WOULD NOT AND I MEAN WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO LIVE HERE. PARKING IS TERRIBLE IF YOU DONT FIND PARKING BY 6 at the latest you have to park in the neighborHOOD. Staff was amazing at first and fixed multiple problems we had and was one of the main reasons we moved in! Now Staff is not helpful and will blow you off. Tried to move in and the apartment was trashed after they had already pushed back the move in date (which they did work quickly to fix). So I was really stoked to live here. They moved us into a renovated apartment next and within a few days many things broke but they did get it fixed within the next few days of reporting it which speaks wonders for the maintenance crew. They provide two parking passes but there are not enough spaces to park and do not tow those that don't have parking passes. If you do get towed WITH A PARKING PASS they do not take any responsibility but tell you to pay 80 bucks a month to rent a small one car garage... only been here a month and the car and customer service situation is killing the experience but still a livable place especially with renovations they made to the pool and the quick service of maintenance.

The staff is great at making a first impression.That was the whole reason I moved in there. A girl that no longer works there was absolutely great! But don't be fooled. My AC /heat, and dryer went out multiple times. it seemed like maintenance couldn't get things fixed correctly. My biggest complaint is my neighbors. They would blast music all night every other night. I talked to the leasing office and they said they would put notices on the resident's door but it did not get any better. I complained a few times to the leasing office. They gave me a "courtesy patrol" phone number that calls nobody. I called that number three times and left messages and no one answers. I called the police and it would shut down the music for about 30 minutes and then it would be right back on! There was nights I had to go sleep at a friends house because I had work/school the next day and couldn't sleep. I found a spot quieter down the street and I had a few months left on my lease and I still couldn't break my lease unless I wanted to pay $4500. Absurd. I couldn't even sleep in my own house and they wanted to charge me to break my lease. Money is more important to them than your comfort in your own home. If you like to party, never sleep, and litter everywhere this place is for you!

From the first minute I walked into Lowry North apartments Denise was very nice, welcoming, and made my daughter and I feel very comfortable! Denise was very informative and thanks to her I am really thinking I found our new home.

Worst experience! First of all, if you come home after 9pm you will be parking in the neighborhood across the street and walking. Hope you have good winter boots. Second, watch out when you move out. They did a walk through of our apartment, didn't say a single thing about needing to work on anything, but then over charged us hundred's of dollars for the most ridiculous work (some of which they still can't tell me what we were charged for) and then sent us to collections without one solid attempt at notifying us. We have called everyday 3 times a day and left voicemail's (We just needed a phone number for a claims office as we are still dealing with them on the charges) and still have not had a single call back. Worst and most frustrating costumer service of all time. INSIDER TIP- if you ever get sent to collections and they tell you "sorry there is nothing we can do now that you have been sent to collections" this is false, if they wanted to work with you, a company can take that account back from collections. I only hit one start because I had to in order to post this.

I wish I could give no stars. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! The prices are unreasonable especially based on the surrounding area. The staff is super lazy, never can get a maintenance guy to your apartment. When I moved out they tried to charge me $2500 for late rent payments. When we asked for proof they could not come up with it. Terrible staff, unsanitary pool conditions, and over all $h!t hole to live in. DONT DO IT, I PROMISE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!

The worse apartment manager ever! They never respond the calls or emails. I called them and emailed more than 10 times after I moved out for my balance and my deposit return! I finally I found that they have filed for a collection before even I knew why and how much I should pay. Now I have it in my credit record. I have to pay for their laziness!

Went downhill rapidly shortly after moving here it's in a bad neighborhood with crumbling amenities and an administration staff that will nickel and dime you to death. Never lived anywhere this bad before. Multiple occurrences of car locked in garage and needing to go somewhere and the management either didn't care at all or promised to inform maintenance and didn't. Think very carefully before moving here. Look at The crime rate in the area and the community itself. Gun shots heard weekly during the summer and domestic disputes almost daily. I wouldn't recommend this hole to be converted for use as a penitentiary.

If i could give half a star I would. Basically what the person before me posted, I have gone through. Every time I try to get ahold of the office staff, no one answers or bothers to call back. I called a week ago for the florcent light in my kitchen not working, and still haven't gotten a call back confirming when they will have maintenance come and fix it. Apparently they have no one for the last week. Half of the outlets in my apartment doesn't work. We've had people knock on our door and run away multiple times, people party all the time and you can hear it through the windows and walls. NEVER ANY PARKING. EVER. Why not have enough parking to accommodate your residents or assign parking per building?? It is such a hassle when you have an infant and you have to park 3 or 4 buildings away. I adore my apartment, but I hate the lack of support with offices managment, lack of parking, the gym is never stocked, thin walls, and dog poo everywhere.

I have lived in these apartments for three yrs. The staff is always very nice and I really like them, however these are the issues that I have had. Two of the reasons I moved in here is because they have bags to pick up animal waste and cups in the fitness center with water. The cups are almost out once a week, I do not understand why it is not checked nightly to see if they should be restocked. The animal bags run out often as well. At times it has been a few days in a row. Shouldn't that be part of where the pet rent goes towards? Why would it be out for days in a row? The property has animal waste everywhere, esp in the back of the buildings. I have had a overhead light that maintenance cracked in the kitchen about 2yrs ago when he was switching the bulb. At the time they did not have any in stock to replace it. I brought it up 3 times...after almost 2 yrs I have gave up on that. It is still CRACKED...It should have been their job to call me anyways, I mean why does the tenant need to keep calling. They should have ordered it and then called me when it came in....The walls are very thin. From above I can hear ppl going to the bathroom, alarms going off, and normal walking. I have had 2 sets of bad neighbors above me. When I complained about it I was told I need to call the police if it is after hours...I must have made 8-10 police calls/reports within 6 months. With the fighting and violence above I was awake sometimes until 4 am and constantly woken up at night. Two times I called out sick for work because I had no sleep. Finally about after 6 mnths of dealing with it I was told they were not going to extend the lease. Within those 6 months I was offered nothing and always told to call the police. It did me no good and I received little help. I understand the walls are thin and you can constantly hear the beds squeak above you and walking but screaming and banging on walls and slamming doors is another thing....it was a very long 6 months. Other issues I ran into when I first moved in was that things had happened on a Friday and maintenance was out until Monday and I would have to wait. Once my dryer broke and the other was that the smoke alarm was beeping and I could not reach it. Both times I was told that was not a maintenance emergency and would have to wait until Monday, mind you it was early Friday when I called. The parking can be a nightmare at night and the parking can be limited. Since I have been here I have had a towing sticker placed on my car 7 times, I was in the resident parking and had my parking sticker on.The tow truck stickers are very hard to get off and very bright. I was not the happiest to have to drive to work that way because of not having enough time to remove it in the morning.. I had it placed on my car by Kerry when I had moved in here. Later down the road I was told to switch it to the front of my car and still got 2 more towing stickers. All in all I have liked my apartment but feel after living here and always paying on time they should value those kind of residents and help the best they can....

I have paid my rent to them in full every month, and they are raising my rent after 10 months of living there over $150 more a month. I appreciate the appreciation. Nobody here picks up after their animals so there is animal waste all over. If you work late and get in late to the parking lot good luck finding a spot- people that have garages also park in spots and use their garages as storage. So every evening is a fight for a parking spot. The management is OK, the maintenance guys are very nice. The pool gets filled up every summer by all of the neighboring ghetto apartments. Every summer day it is full of kids yelling and screaming with no supervision. The management does nothing about that also. The fireplace is fake- very fake. It is falsely advertising fireplace when it is a loud fan heater that doesn't work. The carpet was nice, but NOT cleaned when I moved in. All the corners of the carpet was full of dirt and hair. The walls/shelves were not cleaned before painting. They painted over dirt and hair, and you can see it in the paint. PATHETIC.
