This place is horrible. Run away while you still can. I lived here from October 2013 to October 2014 and it was by far the worst place I have ever lived. I'm not even sure where to begin. There was a hole rusted through our bath tub that every time I reported to the office, maintenance would come out and say "I can't fix that. We'll have to call a contractor to resurface the tub." Two weeks later, I would call the office to find out the status of the contractor and the office says "What hole?" So they would put in another maintenance request and maintenance would come out only to say the same thing. We went round and round like this for months until the hole became so big that silverfish bugs began crawling through. Once they did finally resurface the tub it was a cheap spray job that left tiny white paint chips over all your body every time you took a bath. Then there was the February weekend where our furnace died and they tried to tell me that having a 7 week old baby in an apartment with no heat on a -9 degree day was "Not an emergency." Their office staff is completely incompetent and rude. All Cory does is watch movies on Youtube and acts like you are bothering him if you come in the office, which you have to do because the phone is rarely answered there. Dawn the leasing manager is uncaring and passive aggressive. After being served a 12 page demand letter highlighting their requirement to fix our heat in 7 days or void our lease that specifically stated under no circumstances would our lease be renewed, they delayed releasing our rental history to our new complex because we "hadn't informed them we were moving." The windows are drafty. You have no control over the water temperature in the shower and the kitchen cabinets have about 7 layers of black latex on them. DO NOT TRUST THE MODEL THEY SHOW YOU. Parking is utterly ridiculous on weekends. Don't leave your home on Saturdays or you may come back and find no place to park inside the fence. We got suckered by a moving in special, but you still have a chance to avoid our mistake. Do not move here unless you have no where else to go.

Where do I start....My drug head neighbors have started 2 fires in there apartment and never called 911. They put it out themselves!! Management allows them to stay!! On top of that the same fire setting neighbors park there vehicle in the fire lane, blocking emergency personnel if there where a need. Management refuses to address and handle this dangerous situation. As I am writing this the fire lane is blocked!! All management does is put a letter out stating parking is first come, first served. Parking lot is full of potholes, trash and animal waste everywhere. Worst place to live. Stay away. Call the office to complain and Cory will hang up on you. Ready to eat the cost and break my lease, never done it before. HORRIBLE!!!!!

Worst place I've ever lived and worst mistake of my life moving into this complex. Huge pothole in the parking lot that's been there for years. Managers will never help you and will lie about when they will "fix" things. Your water will be shut off every day for "maintenance" without notice. It looks like they're letting it fall apart because there has been 0 up keep for years. Apartments are all run down with warped floors, bad carpets, warped counter tops, old stove and fridge that looks rusty and from the 70's. Place always smells bad. Shady neighbors and basically a really bad/dangerous neighborhood. Managers and location need to be investigated. This place is a pit. Do yourself a favor and don't come close to this complex or location.

I just moved in a couple weeks ago and the people here have been nothing but nice. I say hello. They say hello. Idk why everyone reviews this place as bad. So far so good. The pool area is in amazing shape (they just filled it). My apt has its OWN A/C unit and it works! There is always a parking space for me and my brother. The apartment complex is extremely quiet for being in Denver. All my appliances work even the dishwasher. MY OWN DISHWASHER! yay! Rent is reasonably priced for Denver and the deposit was cheap. The only 2 things that are less than desirable: 2 outlets in the dining area don't work and 2 of the dryers in the laundry room don't work. I'll update if anything changes. UPDATE: Still nothing majorly wrong. The pool is clean. The grounds are maintained. The neighbors are nice. The complex is still quiet. I have no complaints. Changing to 5 stars.
