Europe is calling my name so we're going to be leasing out our brand new unit at X Denver located right in the heart of the city. The lease begins on January 1 and you can move in January 1-15th, 2022 and will continue through July 15th with the option to extend if you'd like.

The rate is $2600 per month (6 month lease with the option to extend as long as you'd like at the locked in rate)

Utilities are roughly $60/month and are sub-metered by how much you use (We use them quite a lot)

-Brand new building with this us being the first tenants to live in this unit

-Fully Furnished

-Move-in ready spaces with curated furniture, smart TV, two comfy beds- and even all kitchenware included.

-In-Unit Laundry (Great brand new stacked washer and dryer)

-Covered Parking

-Pets are allowed although we never had any pets in the unit

We have two reserved parking passes that we have the ability to grant to the next tenants. All of the other parking spaces are sold out so if you would like covered parking you're in luck. Parking is $175/month (This is not required in the rate). It is located in the enclosed garage so you won’t need to worry about any weather or crime. Alternatively there is street parking available.

Professional Cleaning
The X cleaning service cleans the common space free of charge biweekly.

Ultra Fast Wi-fi
High-speed, commercial-grade WiFi. Especially good since you have access to the two on-site co-working spaces.
