Stainless steel wine refrigerator, dishwasher, deep farmhouse sink and island seating for 2 completes the kitchen. The built-in dinette table with padded bench seating is the perfect spot for breakfast and some family time. Relax on the sectional couch or arm chair in the family room to watch television on the 55" smart TV or play XBOX on the provided console. Open the family rooms sliding glass doors that open to the freshly sodded backyard with a large patio table with seating for six and a propane grill to enjoy burgers and dogs on the fourth of July. The mudroom located off of the family room includes a half bath and ample built-in cabinetry to store your shoes and beach belongings.

The first floor features two bedrooms. The first is located at the end of the laundry hall and has a plush full-size bed, complete with comfy pillows and blankets, and has a nice size closet and under bed drawers to store belongings. The second bedroom is located across the hall and has two twin beds, a dresser and a closet. There is a shared full bathroom between the two bedrooms with an iconic 20's feel of black and white tile and a clawfoot tub.

The two remaining bedrooms are on the second floor. At the top of the landing is a cozy office setting with a built-in desk, drawers and cabinets for those that must work while away. The third bedroom is bright and cheery with teal walls, double closets, two wrought iron twin bed frames and teacup décor. The Master bedroom is located at the end of the hall and is the perfect getaway for a little rest and relaxation to enjoy a good book or watch your favorite show. The master offers a push king size bed, bench seat to look over the front yard and his and hers closets. The master bathroom is delicately designed with marble finishes, including a custom vanity with dual sinks and ample storage, and large walk-in shower.

Property Notes: There is a backhouse located at the property which is not included in the rental. Entry to the backhouse (if any) is accessed from the alley. The backyard is for sole use of the front house only.
