If you keep to yourself and mine your own it is okay. I did have bed bugs once and roaches as well; once in a blue moon. Prevenative maintenance is your friend. I kept kitchen, bathroom, and carpet clean. Did not see many bugs much after that. Boric acid, combat Source Kill Max RB, Diatomaceous Earth, and Isoprol Alcohol will handle the bugs with weekly clean ups. The management is okay as long as you pay rent on time and treat them respectively. Be aware though, once you miss rent/late you will be one of their troublesome/unwanted tenant. Do not expect the management to work with you either at the complex or corporate office, if they deem you as such. They charge fees whenever they see fit, so be aware. Before you move from the appartment give 2 months notice of 60 days, if not, they will charge you $120 in late fees ($60 a piece) and $900-$960 for rent ($450 to $480 a piece). If there are no damages to the apartment, but you did not give 60 day notice, they will take your entire security deposit, if it is smaller then the charges described. Any left over charges will be sent to their attorney for collection, so be aware.Late rent gives them the right to evict you, breaking your forbearance agreement gives them the right to evict you, getting caught not following your lease gives them the right to evict you. Be aware and vigilant; the people of plaza property are not your family or friends. When I say this I mean it as your family and friend, they just want there money and no trouble from you. As long as you meet there EXPECTATIONS you will be alright. Just be aware of what they can and will do. This review is honest and forewarning to anyone who will read. Stay blessed and may God guides us all. He is the all competent.
