IF YOU HAVE A CAR, DON'T EVEN BOTHER.
I cannot stress this enough. If you have a car, don't live here. You won't find a parking spot anywhere near your building if you come home after 6pm. It wouldn't be so bad if they actually had other lots to park in, but they don't. They don't want to sacrifice the "Green space" to actually accommodate the promises they make to you. What is a courtesy patrol? I've never seen one. They apparently tag cars for removal. Never seen it happen.
I can't even count on two hands the amount of times that I've had to park IN THE GRASS behind my building because there was literally nowhere else to park. I've complained multiple times to the office and the best they could do was offer a garage at a discounted price of $60 extra a month and not raise my rent for the next year. L.O.L. When I asked the lady in the office once about them assigning parking spots to each apartment, she straight up told me that there isn't enough parking for everyone in the complex to have a spot. How can you have an apartment complex and not have enough parking spots for all of your apartments?
The lighting around the complex is also a joke. So you definitely don't want to park far away and have to walk. I'm scared walking from my car, up the sidewalk and into the building sometimes.
I can definitely see why a lot of people choose to live here due to its close proximity to campus, but it honestly isn't worth the price. I can find a newer apartment about a mile farther from campus for less that has a washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher, an actual kitchen sink, not ghetto cabinets and roaches, central A/C, more space AND A DAMN PARKING SPOT.
Do yourself a favor, do some more research and live somewhere else.
