I can not tell you how bad the management here is. They will not clean up the trash around the property, it has started...
I can not tell you how bad the management here is. They will not clean up the trash around the property, it has started to produce a breeding ground for mice. I found a mouse nest in my car due to the massive amount of garbage and old furniture around the property. They property manager is no help when it comes to these issues
The manager position is constantly changing hands and if you don't resign your lease at least 4 months in advance, then they drop you....
The manager position is constantly changing hands and if you don't resign your lease at least 4 months in advance, then they drop you. The apartments are infested with roaches and Pest Control cannot keep up with them, and new management has reduced how often they come. The landscape is poorly being kept up, they're replacing all of the grass with rocks and these are not pebbles because some of them are bigger than men's size 12 shoes. Everywhere else there's just patches of grass. Also, none of the entities work or have ever worked like the gym or the hot tub. However because of new management, they want to go up on everyone's rent and over half my neighbors are moving out instead. Also even though the office number will allow you to leave a voice mail, they never check it so there's no point in leaving it. You have to call in all of your maintenance requests during the day or call the emergency number. And if you put in a maintenance request, make sure it's taken care of as soon as you get home because the office has forgotten to put in people's maintenance requests a few times.

The buildings in apartment numbers are not numbered sufficient enough to find your way around.
Good place to live for the price. Office staff is friendly. Maintenance can be slow at times but they get to the works orders....

The biggest dump ive ever stayed in.DON'T SAY YOU WERE NOT WARNED ABOUT MOVING IN THIS DUMP.im 58 yrs old been living in apts over 30 yrs.it sucks.there is black mold everywhere it is so outdated it's like living in 1960.cabnets so warped the glasses fall over.windows sealed shut.i could go on for hrs.just let it be known i warned you about moving into arbor square apts

The new leasing office manager is a very very MEAN and PICKY person. She over charged 500+ dollars damage fee on a SINGLE room, since the ceiling fan was not clean. How unbelievable it is! How much to replace a ceiling fan? She won't help you in any way, even it won't cost her a penny! DON'T move in here!

The management is REALLY terrible! I lived here for a few years and had a nice manager. But now, it's .... Repair request would take a week if not longer to process, which will discourage you to even report a problem. The current manager is nothing but horrible. She doesn't care about tenant at all. The routine greetings such as "What can I do for you?" is the best she can say. She will not stand in your position. The worst part came when I moved out. I recruited professional cleaning company to clean the apartment thoroughly. In the end, I received a bill of over $200. $100 for some window sill damage. It's not just a peel off of paints on the window sill, and a whole tin of white paint sell less than 4 bucks in home depot. I could use 1 minute to finish the touch-up. For another $100 charged, it's for deodorization and extermination the apartment due to pet. Oh, no, c'mon! I have one cat and keep him clean and indoor all the time. Do you really need to deodorize or exterminate the apartment? I can promise the apartment is even cleaner than the one I just moved in. I heard someone else was charged over $600 when moved out. Oh, well, I should have felt lucky then. Be aware! Judge by yourself. The complex wants to extract every penny from you.

If you complain about any thing like shower not working or bathroom is leaking never get fix. the worst Management i have seen in my life they just talk to you nice when you there to sign your leas rest of all the time they are so rude and disrespectful. i will never recommend this apartments to my friends. My main reason of writing review for then to let all the people get prepared who are planning to live there what kind of trouble you guys are going to face and if you still want to live get ready to face all the problem.

I've lived their for over a year, and their advertised hot tub has been broken before I moved in and has yet to be fixed. Otherwise, maintenance guys are great. The apartment can't seem to keep a manager around for too long. Otherwise, fantastic location. Old apartments, but I don't care that the tub looks terrible and the shelves in the bathroom are lumpy or broken. Also, there is not a computer center anymore.

Do not even consider renting from this apartment complex, the AC is horrible and so is the maintenance. I have had issues with my AC and a million other things ever since I started living here. My AC is still not fixed and my lease is about to be over. My bills are extremely high because of this. Trust me, this is a horrible place to live.
This place sucks and maintenance never fixes anything while your there they wait till you move out then send you a large bill for it. DONT LIVE HERE
