At 1300 square feet, this fully modernized and comfortable getaway offers two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a full kitchen, a dining room, a laundry room, and a large living room, all fully furnished, fully stocked, finely appointed, and ready for your visit. Off-street parking is available in the driveway leading up to the front of the house. Parking space is also available in back of the house via the alley, whose entrance is on Birch Avenue.

Upon initial entry into the house at the front door, you step into a foyer with a small coat closet immediately available. This foyer is fully illuminated with natural light via a unique arched window, a stunning feature of the house's original architecture. Through an arched doorway, you step right into the home's expansive living room featuring a large plush sofa with end tables, two plush easy chairs, a coffee table, a decorative antique credenza, and a 42-inch flatscreen TV with remote, all ready for a small gathering of friends and family to sink into and relax. A fireplace decked with multi-colored tiles is the room's centerpiece. The floors are hardwood. The beautiful wood trim is a redeeming feature throughout the house. Wall sconces and crystal doorknobs are all original.

An informal dining area has been incorporated into this room with a small table and chairs situated next to a large picture window and next to two windowed built-in china hutches available for guests to use.

A discreet hallway leads to the home's bedrooms and bathroom. This hallway is accessed through arched doorways in the living room and in the formal dining room.

This vacation rental comes with air conditioning. Heat is provided by a forced air gas furnace controlled by a thermostat located on the wall in the formal dining room. All windows are fully curtained or come with venetian blinds installed.

The back yard is partially fenced and features an in-ground fire pit that guest are welcome to use. A grocery store is located one block south of the house.
