The head of household must be 55 or older and able to live independently. Our apartments are a low income housing tax credit property. We have income restrictions. We are not subsidized. The rental rate is not based on your income. We offer 1 & 2 bedroom units. The square footage is 764 for a one bedroom unit and 945 for a two bedroom unit. All utilities are included except electric & cable.
Resident(s) are responsible for electric service & Cable.
The units are all ground level apartments. Washer and Dryer is provided. The units do not have steps. All units have showers, no bath-tubs. Two units were built and designated as ADA units for persons with mobility disabilities. These units have lowered counter-tops and shower seats.
All applicants must qualify for our units with income*, residence verifications, background & criminal check.
*All applicants must have a minimum monthly income of $800.00 before any deductions. There is a maximum income that cannot be exceeded based on occupants. 1 occupant = $26,340.00 & 2 occupants =$30,120.00. Accepts Section 8.
