Does Brookmeadow allow students to be on the lease?
Students can be on the lease; however, the household cannot consist of all full-time students.

How do I calculate my gross annual income?
Gross annual income can be calculated by adding the income from all sources of income received by all
household members for the most recent 12 months.

Does the property accept housing vouchers?
Yes, Brookmeadow accepts Housing Choice Vouchers if the applicant meets the properties eligibility
requirements.

Does Brookmeadow accept co-signers?
No, Brookmeadow does not accept co-signers.

Do all occupants have to be listed on the lease?
Yes, all occupants must be listed on the lease.

How does Brookmeadow verify an applicant's income?
Income is third party verified by the management agent.

What information should I bring when applying to live at Brookmeadow?
. Photo IDs for all adults (18 years and up)
. Birth Certificate and Social Security cards for all family members
. Income Verification, most recent 6 weeks of paycheck stubs.
. Award letters for Social Security or SSI income, pensions, (TANF) – dated within 90 days.
. Unemployment payments, child support (Must provide printout from Child Support Agency
with payment history and/or must file for child support and provide printout with Case Number)
and any other income received by your household, including assistance provided by an agency or
person not residing in your household. (i.e., gifts of money or regular payment of your bills)
. Bank Statements (Current month statement for Savings account & current 6-months of
statements for Checking). All pages, including blanks, are required
