The living room adjoins the dining area which seats four, as well as the newly renovated kitchen featuring top of the line appliances. The dining area leads directly to the kitchen. In the kitchen you will find stainless steel appliances and lots of countertop space for cooking. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils. Tucked away in the kitchen is a stackable washer/dryer. Just off this main living space you have a half bathroom for your convenience.

Also on the first floor you will find the master bedroom featuring a queen size bed and private en suite bathroom.The second floor features two additional bedrooms , each with a queen sized bed and a shared hallway bathroom.

**Water, Electricity, and WiFi included in rent**
Please note this home does not come with a designated off street parking area, however street parking is no issue and does not require a permit.
Pets can be negotiated. IF approved there is a $250 pet fee!

Neighborhood- Cannonborough/Elliotborough
Cannonborough Elliotborough draws young professionals and students from nearby colleges to its restored, wood-fronted houses. King, Cannon, and Spring streets, running through the leafy area, are dotted with indie boutiques, vintage stores, and bakeries. Trendy eateries serve up everything from comforting Southern fare to Mediterranean cuisine, and Upper King Street has hip bars for craft beer and house cocktails

Other things to note:
Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated.
Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus.
