Minimum credit score accepted for a standard deposit approval would be a 550 (*515-549 are considered for Conditional Approval with Increased Deposit requirements).
Medical bills and student loans are overlooked.
Everyone who will be living in the home that is over the age of 18, is required to complete an application.
We require a credit check, background check and rental history check on every applicant.
If you require a cosigner, they will need to fill out an application as well and provide income verification that they gross at least 5x the rent amount. This is to ensure they can afford their own bills as well as the primary applicant's rent payment if needed.
Due to insurance reasons, some of our furry friends will not be able to stay with us. Below is a list of pets we will not be able to accept: Akita, American Malamute, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Husky, Korean Jindo, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Wolf/Wolf Hybrid.
IF the owner for the property you choose allows pets, cats and other dog breeds are accepted with a $400 non-refundable pet fee, per pet. Maximum pet allowance varies by owner.
