This downstairs apartment is roomy, cozy and has everything you need. There is a fully equipped kitchenette along with a dining table right next to the family room. The family room furnishings will be updated (the photos are of the house when it was being purchased) and will house a very comfortable pull-out couch to allow for more sleeping capacity. The bedroom has gorgeous views and is an oversized space that will be outfitted with a twin over King stylish bunk to allow for more sleeping space as needed. The bathroom is completely updated, and there is a huge storage area with a boot warmer, a washer and dryer plus plenty of space where you can store your ski gear, fishing gear etc. In addition, there is one parking space in the garage for this apartment for you to park and you can also store your fun outdoor toys!

The hot tub is shared with the upper apartment and is available for use as well as the upper deck on the left side of the home. The deck in front of the home is reserved for the upstairs apartment only.

This mountain retreat provides quiet and solitude as well as a plethora of fun and memorable activities, such as skiing at Breck (14 minutes to Silverchair 6), snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, sledding, the quaint town of Breckenridge, or simply enjoying the gorgeous views from your family room on a snowy day.

In the spring, summer and fall, there is incredible hiking just minutes away (check out the photo section), minutes to gold medal fly-fishing, as well as canoeing, kayaking, stand up paddle boarding at surrounding lakes, the Frisco Adventure Park, Lake Dillon and Lake Dillon Amphitheatre. Truly the warmer seasons have just as much to offer in beauty and recreation as ski season!

PLEASE NOTE: There is an upper-level apartment. If you are interested in renting the whole house, please indicate that on your rental application. Rent is $7400/month for the whole house. (The whole house is 4BR/3BA, 3229 square feet, and can sleep up to 20 if every sleeping space is maximized).
