The application fee is $50 each and can be found here http://www.unionrealestate.com/apply The credit score must be at least 670. In the event that you do not have any credit or a social security number then we require the last month’s rent to be paid in advance or you can get a co-signer who does have a score of 670. If you have credit but it does not meet the requirement of 670 then your option is to find a co-signer. We also require a one month security deposit and photo copies of ID’s.
