(RLNE3870756) Highland Meadows Senior Development is located within a residential area of the City of Beacon close to all shopping, transportation. ALL household members must be over the age of 62 years. The three story building is 100% handicap accessible. Applicants must submit an application with no less than 5 years of unrelated landlord history, a credit and criminal background check will be conducted and a 1 or 2 year lease is required.

The building provides for laundry facilities on each floor, a court yard, a community room, emergency call buttons in each kitchen, bathroom and bedroom as well as a secured entry with an intercom system. Accepts Section 8.
