4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom family home close to many attractions in Austin

Please read full description- this is our personal home and some amenities are included / not included because of this.

We have a bright open kitchen, dining and living space downstairs with an abundance of seating. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all you will need to cook meals at home. Our dining room table comfortably seats 8 and can be extended with two leaves to seat up to 12, 14 if needed. The island has an additional four stools to sit at. Our family piano and 225 gallon (6 ft) fresh water aquarium in the main room will be an immediate attraction to both children and adults. This open concept looks out to our fenced in back yard where we have toys, balls, slides, swings (weight limit up to 200lbs on the swing for those adults that want a swing), tables for adults and children, speakers, fan, and a gas grill.

In place of a TV in our home, we have a pull down screen and a projector that can be set up in the main living room. We connect laptops to the HDMI cord to stream movies and shows and use the TV adaptor box to get basic TV channels. This is the only available TV option in our home.
The master bedroom and bathroom is off the kitchen with a king size bed, double vanity sink, soaking tub, and walk in shower.

An additional bedroom that we use for an office and guest room sits off the front door. The sofa bed is American Leather which is the top of the line fold out sofa bed. Our laundry room and a half bath make up the rest of the main floor.
Upstairs we have two bedrooms, a bathroom with a double vanity and an additional living room that we use for a playroom.. The bedrooms include a bunk bed with a full-size mattress on bottom and twin bed on top. The weight limit for both of these is 500lbs allowing adults to use these as well. This room also has a crib. The second room has a full-size bed.
