This house is for those in tech/startups, entrepreneurs, content creators, young professionals, students, and new graduates. Easy move-in: fully furnished house, a flat rate for utilities, and the lease is flexible. The basement is being converted into a content studio (soundproofed for podcasting and vlogs, and a green screen for videos and photos).

This bedroom in my 5 bed 3 bath house will be available starting April 1st, 2024 (an earlier move-in date can be arranged). The house is located in the Washington Park neighborhood: a 2-minute bike ride to Beltline and walkable to Mercedes Benz Stadium! Midtown, GA Tech, and GSU are 10 minutes away, the Battery is 20 minutes away, and the Glenwood Kroger is only a 10-minute drive as well (the best in the city). The monthly rent is $850, and all utilities, lawn care, house meal, and monthly cleaning is a flat $75. The security deposit is $500, and the move-in fee is $100. 3-12+ month flexible lease options are available.

This room includes a queen-sized bed, closet, dresser, nightstand, desk, a chair, and shares a private bathroom with one other person. You'll have access to all common areas including the kitchen, movie room, and patio.

I bought this house in March 2021 and live here as well. We get together and play poker once per month (and house meal), and we love to share our personal goals to see how we can help each other move forward with them. All roommates are young professionals (early to late 20s, all males). We are thinking about starting a house podcast too.

A little bit about me - I’ve traveled the world, and I am a marketer in tech and startups. I have a background in marketing, startups, photography, and other multimedia projects. This living arrangement is ideal for entrepreneurs, freelancers, creatives, and those in the tech industry, as I have many connections in ATDC, ATV, Plywood, and other startup incubators around town. I DJ (house and techno music) as a hobby. I am a UGA graduate with a postgrad certificate from GA Tech.

House rules are simple:
1. No drama
2. Respect the space - always clean up after yourself in the common spaces
3. Rent must be paid on time by the 1st of each month (only one payment for everything)
