Do not expect for them to be there for you when you need something fixed..they take forever and honestly the employees don't care about you. They are not friendly. Each year the rent goes up by $40 which is typical of apartments but these arent worth it..I am moving as soon as I possibly can.I do not recommend this place to anyone...It's cheap but honestly not worth it...It' better to pay more for an apartment wherw they have better staff and the quality of the place is better. 0/5 stars ( does not have that option)

I lived in this apartment complex 6 years ago. If anyone tries to make this place sound like it is okay or livable, that person is either fake or they work for the front office (Esperanza Sanchez). I lived in this place with my 4 children. I worked and would come home to so many problems it was unreal. I had problems with a leaky central unit. I had problems with lights going on and off. I had to call the city of Arlington out to my apartment 3 times and these people are still doing the same crazy stuff today. The City of Arlington should be ashamed of themselves for allowing these SLUM LORDS to stay in business. The only reason they won't change is because they haven't been hit hard enough by any government entities to make them clean up their act. My apartment became infested with BEDBUGS. I was so mad I had to get out of this place. THIS IS THE WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX EVER!!!!!!!! IF I COULD GIVE THEM A ZERO, I WOULD. THE STAFF IS SO RIDICULOUS. THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST AND SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO OPERATE ANYTHING. THEY ARE RUDE DISGUSTING PIGS WHO RUN A DISGUSTINGLY INFESTED APARTMENT COMPLEX.

Nasty place ever. Maintenance stinks. They're rude at the office. Withou hot water like for 4 days and my a/c is not working properly and it's leaking. So my restroom is basically flooded all the time. I put in a work order a week ago and still nothing. I called today(a week after my work order was put in) and they said they'll put in a new one. I get homeand is still the same. Call again they said they'll check my work order and hang up on me and start sending my calls to voicemail. e guy name Erick toke my kids their soccer ball he told them that he was gonna give it back untill I'll pick it up from the office ok well they don't have a sing where it says that kids are not aloud to play outside and I was with them Martha the manager is not doing her job like she supposed to do

Don't do it to yourself! This place has horrible maintenance and rude staff. I've put in multiple work orders for different issues but just to mention a few, I had an electrical issue (one of the outlets had smoke coming out of it) ended up turning off the switch for it in the breaker box... its been more then 3 months thank GOD it was considered an "EMERGENCY" as if a fire hazard wasn't bad enough they had me waiting 2 weeks without a functioning lock on my front door and today is my second day without hot water it's already been half an hour since I called that in. Having utilities included in the rent isn't worth this hassle! Just 2 months left until this lease is up, I'm literally counting the days in excitement!

THEY WANT TO GET PAID AND WILL DO ANYTHING TO CHARGE YOU ---EVEN LIE ABOUT IT---- I've been in apartments for 20 years and this pos place is trying to ruin my history and credit making it hard for me....a single mom with 2 kids......find another place to live. F this place!!! Yeah I'm about to get the news involved in this cause this place is screwing with peoples lives! They play God in the office with your peperwork....so they can make it look like you're not working with them, and switch out with more incompetent workers. I give this place a -5 in stars! This is legitimately the WORST possible place to live. I urge everyone to keep looking. Even being all-bills paid doesn't make up for the carp I've been through. Not only are they currently trying to force me to stay an extra month, but they've attempted to charge me for extra late fees that I'd already paid. The staff are rude and incompetent, and barely speak English. I can't wait to get out of this Hell hole

These aparments are not fair...... They give lease violations to some but if the neighbor is doing the same thing they just make excuses about why they didnt give it to them. They aslo say they are trying to make the parking better here but they are not I live in the very front and I always have to park in the back and now someone pulled a hit and run on my car. They also do crapy repair jobs on the aparment I cant pulg my charge next to my bed because there is a short in the socket and the have known about it for awhile that fire hazard, I cant wait to get out of there apartments

These apartments are the worst ever. They never want to fix anything. You have to stay on them. When asking them to fix things it seems your a bother to them. They make you feel stupid by talking to you like you dont know anything. They will try to tell you one price when they have already told you can pay something else. We have had our car broken into here. Even the apartment manger left my apartment door open for anyone to come into. This place isnt worth the money i pay to deal with such low grade employees.
