Nice looking apartment complex, hpave been living here a little longer than 2 years however its not been a pleasant experience. Every time it rains, the apartment gets flooded. There is a rodent and roaches infestation. My roommates and I have contacted the office on multiple occasions and nothing has been done. Every time we request a service it takes way too long and multiple visits to the office for them to finally take action. Also there is a lack of communication within the office staff, they all give us different information for different issues. Only stayed here because of its convenient location but we had had enough and wont be renewing again.

I recently moved into River bend and I could not be any happier! The staff is so attentive and The Manager Rene is the sweetest I have never been treated with so much attention at an apartment complex. I highly recommend the pool view is amazing :)

First of all they have bugs and ants everywhere then they have stupid ass parking so u have to walk a mile just to get to ur front door then u might run ther risk of somebody parking infront of u.

The apartments are probably some of the better looking in the area (considering this is the ghetto of Arlington and had sirens blaring past...

The apartments are probably some of the better looking in the area (considering this is the ghetto of Arlington and had sirens blaring past literally every 30 minutes). The staff is totally unresponsive though. We paid for a two bedroom but could only use one because the second would flood every time it rained. Service requests were repeatedly ignored until we moved out.

Ppl in office are cool and neighbors were cool. However, there is a MAJOR pest control problem. Let's start with these big ass roaches....

Ppl in office are cool and neighbors were cool. However, there is a MAJOR pest control problem. Let's start with these big ass roaches. One time my sister got attacked by two at the same time. At night if you look out on your patio there seem to be a whole colony of them. Then there is the ant problem which somehow is worse. They get into everything that's not on the refrigerator. All your bread chips rice cereal pantry food etc will be wasted. And dont think you gon have a pet cause they won't be able to eat either. There was also a birds nest in the ceiling above the building. A baby bird died outside our door after 3 days if waiting for animal control. This is bc the apts need major renovation there are holes everywhere inside and outside the apt along the foundation of the building. Parking SUCKS. They definitely need to have assigned parking but they can't bc there is simply not enough spaces for the amt of apts they have. One time i had to park in the residential area across the street. If they were to fix the pest control problem this would be a great community

Ya van dos veces que me quebran el vidrio.. Uno de mi auto y en mi apartamento, en ambas ocasiones los que hacen la yarda, reporte a la oficina y no quisieron pagarme el vidrio de mi auto.. Q x q ellos nunca fueron a decirles que haban quebrado el vidrio.. Obviamente de tontos van a ir.. Y apenas el 7 de junio 20017 me quebraron el de la puerta trasera de mi apartamento y aun sigo esperando que se tomen la molestia de venir a cambiarlo.. Adems cada quien llueve se inunda la entrada y la yarda.. Y de estacionamiento es un caos... De hormigas.. Cucarachas y chinches mejor ni hablamos.. Pero para cobrar eso si son buenos..

This place is no good they will charge you for everything, i was dealing with some personal things and i talked to Jessica and told her i was moving out when my lease was up and i told her is there anything i need to do and she said not that i could move . when march came i cleaned the apartment and told jessica i moved out and then her and the manager tell me i need to put it in writing and they only accept it on the first of the month so now they are trying to charge me for march and all these other months rent. Stay far away from these apartments oh also when it rains your apartment will flood and they wont do anything about it i have videos abd pic.
