I've been staying in this complex for 5yrs and the experience has been so so. I really don't have many problems because I work and stay in the house once I'm off and don't bother people. The upgrades are nice, however the communication is not up to par and the hidden agendas and fees with none to little explanation is my problem. Coming from a tenant who has never been a problem, caused problems and paid my dues within the requested time, I feel it is very unprofessional of the company to not have an explanation or respond to tenants accordingly whether it is through email or phone.

Good to know that new management has finally taken care of business. One thing is that i would change is paying additional fee to have a parking spot. It is hard to come home from a long day of work , you pay rent and have to park in the front of the apartments and walk all the way to get home. That should be included in the rent lease residents who live here should get their spot first and visitors need to park in visitor parking. The walls are hella thin you can hear everything from someone singing to someone having a conversation on the phone . It is a ok place .

The new owners invested a lot of money here. With lots great upgrades better lighting, fresh new paint, modern design to cover all balcony and trash dumpsters, added side walks and speed bumps, cut down a lot of trees they even gotten rid of all the nasty ally cats that use to fight late at night and added screens on our windows. They even fixed the hot water to get a lot hotter sooner then before.... great work!!!

That's why me & my mom moved out and so did a few of my friends that lived there. Stay away!!

Not even worth 1 star. Before flintridge came in. The crestmont was actually good bills were fair. Filled with People and, People were nice until flintrige came in bought them out 70 percent of the complex was evicted half of the people were evicted for no reason. Broke half of the lease agreements. Half of the bills sky rocketed expecially water. Water and sewage went from 20ish dollars to almost 100$!!! This place is garbage management are all crooks. Its like they dont want the people that live here already to stay. Stay far away. You'll regret even stepping foot close to the complex.

worst apartments to ever move into. The maintenance is horrible if you put in a work order trust me you can go on a cruise and come bacc to the same exact problem that you asked them to fix. Horrible management, one time I sat outside the office calling them over the phone and they continued to send me to voicemail so I decided to walk in & she's gossiping on her cell phone instead of answering the work phone. Things like that. If you move over here you have to deal with loud ghetto neighbors, they BBQ everyday. It can be raining and snowing and they'll still find a way to BBQ until 2 in the morning. The walls are so thin so if you decide not to take my advice move to the 3rd floor because you'll hear every single step if someone lives on top of your unit. Horrible experience, they'll add extra money onto your rent every month. Pay attention. And if you decide to pay over one month instead of that extra money going to your account somehow you never get it bacc or see it so please I mean please pay the EXACT amount. They'll go get their toes done with that extra money. This apartment complex cannot be trusted. Just drive through here around 7 or 8. You'll see what I'm talking about. And don't think you're getting your deposit bacc they'll find a way for them to keep it so don't even ask

Terrible do not move here. My ceiling caved in on me while sleeping. I was injured. The owners have still not reached out. In addition to one ceiling caving in..twice in one week after rain. I was told there was no evidence of water damage... but clearly there is because after the city came out to cite them twice for violations 3 other ceilings and a wall were replaced.. but no one wants to take responsibility for this or say why it happened..so not only is it turning into a nightmare for me the regional manager asked me what I did to make my ceiling fall. The passive nonchalant and uninterested manager has magically been replaced for a temporary time . Again. They have bought and sold this property 3 times in the 5 years I have been a tenant. I reported the damage.. all my belongings are contaminated by fiberglass, insulation, dust, and asbestos .. my daughter is an asthmatic so I can't have her reenter and when I move I can not take anything. My bed and mattress have been ruined as a result. I was told only I may be allowed out of my lease... no help with moving costs, hotel fees because I haven't been able to stay there in 2 weeks.. or anything.. they lied and said I wouldn't allow them to enter. They walked in on me while I was in the shower. They threw my clothes in the trash. I strongly believe the owners paid off city inspection officials not to write cause of damage on the official report because of his former affiliations with the city and landlord and tenant association..I reported the ceilings to the city several times he said if they are water damaged fix them, we have it on tape.. and he still lied in his report.. My pictures show the truth. If there was no water damage why would they repair not only my ceiling that fell on me... but a hall, bathroom, and dining ceiling as well.....did so mention there's black mold in the bathroom ceiling as well? Did I mention I reported this in 2015 and previous tenants reported water damage in 2014? I'm so over this. I have been polite, I have been professional but these people are slum lords period. I'm so tired of rich well off men and women taking advantage of the working middle class and padding pockets of others to protect themselves at our expense. It is not fair that I have spent my last to be in a safe place and my apartment complex does nothing. It is not fair they expect rent but all of my things are ruined by contamination and no one has offered a dime to have it professionally cleaned or replaced period. It is a shame. Do not move here. Please your life and those of your children could be endangered as a result .

Our apt was on the second floor. First time in my life I ever experienced bedbugs and we had to pay for the treatment out of our own pocket. Upstairs neighbors stayed up all night every night. Had to wear ear plugs to bed EVERY night but you could still hear the windows rattling and walls vibrating. Very old building. Rent should be cheaper. Men hanging around parking lots drinking. People entering the swimming pool all the time in dirty street clothes and dirty socks.
