Where do I start? The new manager that they just put here doesnt know what shes doing... every time I go to the office shes talking with maintenance giggling about who knows what. Its very unprofessional and very rude. Not to mention she tries to dress like a hood rat. Its so obvious that she is trying to get attention since shes in her 50s. Im pretty sure she is sleeping with one of her maintenance crew. I wish she would do her job and maybe my work orders would be complete and the office wouldnt always close during business hours but when I drive back to my apartment shes walking with the same maintenance guy. Done with this place.

It is becoming a better place that you actually want to come home to. I am sure if the staff that is currently there moves on it will become what it was before and that would be bad.

TRASH!!!!!!!! Management is trash! Thin ass walls are trash! Dumpsters always over filled trash is everywhere, hot water always going out!!!!! Your electric bill will be sky high because the apartments aren't insulated at all. Wind drafts come through every door and window and in my case my closet is freezing cold which makes my entire room cold even though my heat is on all day!!!!! Honestly 1 star is too good to rate them but I had no other options. I can't wait until this lease is up!!!! #worstapartmentsever

They take no responsibility for their negligence! They flooded my apartment, and made us stay in there with blowers going in the middle of winter. Our bathroom mirror fell because they did not hang it properly and there was a hole in the wall and mold. They refuse to get it inspected so I have to come out of pocket to get it inspected. They just don't know my medical bills will be going to them

Someone keep bringing their dog or dogs right in front of my balcony,I haven't said anything to management yet I'm trying to find out who it is.The only problem I have living here is the dog poop everywhere,sidewalks,under carports and everywhere,just nasty.The complex my daughter use to live in the management put out notices warning dog owners to pick up behind their dog,if someone took a picture of anyone not doing so it would be a fine to pay.Pick up behind your dog nasty people!!!

I have made it aware to the office for days now that I have water under one part of my carpet for unknown reasons ! It's still wet and it's starting to stink.. I can't dry it because it's a puddle of water under the carpet. The maintenance man just came in my apartment for ten mins, pulled part of my carpet back, took a piece of the padding under the carpet out and wiped the water up that's it. My carpet is still wet and not tacked down, it's very uncomfortable to come home from work and to see and smell the stench from the carpet being wet ! I even showed the girl in the office and she said it's nothing she could do. Do Not Move Here !

Our Fridge Broke After 3Mths $155 Worth Of Food Wasted Because They Move So Slow ..... Our Water Comes Out In Drips;Reported That The Day we Moved In BUT Got Fixed When They Changed Fudges AFTER I Has To Act CRAZY With Each Of Them In The Office . Our Oven Broke After A Month Our Tub Peeled Off After The Second Day In The Apartment .... We Had A Major Water Leek That Took Almost A Week To Fix Effected Our Water Bill No Deduction Were Made .... They Have NO DROP BOX So You Can Have Proof You Tried To Pay RENT Before Charges Start Adding Up; No Matter The Proof You Have They Will Charge You Late Fees! I Absolutely HATE This Places I've Written Letters To Corporate I've Left Messages This Place Is Just HORRIBLE !!!!! They Need NEGATIVE Stars ....... Please Please Please Don't MOVE Here!!!!! I signed a lease and everything to get a specific apartment, and when move in day came I found out (with no prior warning)...

I signed a lease and everything to get a specific apartment, and when move in day came I found out (with no prior warning) that my apartment wasn't ready because the tenet had not moved out yet. With no where else to go I had to take the only other available apartment which was around $260 more a month than what my original rent would have been. They refused to make any pricing adjustments or offer any discounts. To top everything, the rent is WAY overpriced considering the condition of the apartments. It may be in a decent location, but the whole complex looks very sketchy and trashy.

As a 20-something year old single female, I would NEVER recommend living in these apartments. The space of the one bed / one bath...

As a 20-something year old single female, I would NEVER recommend living in these apartments. The space of the one bed / one bath apartment was generous and the layout unique, which is what made me overlook everything else and sign a long lease. 1) INSECTS- My apartment became quickly infested with insects coming in from under the cabinets. 2) CREEPY - There were creepy neighbors that would try to awkwardly talk to me. I didn't ever want to walk my dog outside for long as a result, because these neighbors would sit on their porch and watch me. 3) NOISY - The first couple months were a nightmare - I couldn't sleep because of the yelling and screaming from the tenant upstairs. 4) BURGLARY - After I returned home from a weekend business trip, one of my neighbors told me that they had seen someone trying to break into my apartment from my patio door. Apparently this person was successful in breaking into a couple other apartments. 5) DRUG DEALERS - It was very obvious that my new neighbor was dealing. Our shared porch always smelled like weed and he always had random visitors stopping by for 5 minutes and then leaving. I notified and complained to the office twice, but it did not stop. 6) PARKING FOR VISITORS - You are not allowed to have visitors park in the lot unless you have a "visitor pass" on the dashboard. The tow truck sweeps the complex at least twice a day. Very inconvenient, because sometimes I would like to have spur-of-the-moment visitors, but I couldn't get a pass in time because... 7) OFFICE NOT ALWAYS OPEN DURING "OPEN HOURS" - There were multiple occasions that I went to the office during regular office hours (as posted on their window) and no one was in the office. Also, the ladies in the office (save for one) are usually really grumpy. 8) LAUNDRY MACHINES DESPICABLE - They kept upping the price for the laundry machines, even though only half of them were in working order. 9) DOG POOP EVERYWHERE - During my time there, they did install little pet waste dispensers, but did not provide pet waste containers, so there was still a bunch of poop on all of the grounds. Also, people would let their dogs roam free without a leash. I highly do NOT recommend this apartment complex to ANYONE at all. Even though it was a great price, I felt like I was paying too much for the crap that I had to put up with. The only good thing about this apartment complex was the maintenance, because they do honestly good, prompt work. They should get paid more and work somewhere else.

Manager dont know to treat people I had paid to have my 2 pitbulls they changed me 200 each and someone tried breaking into my house so my dog bit em and the other robber opened the door so my other can get out and they tried sayin that my dogs wer outside and bit em while they were in the parking lot but that was nothing but bullshit because everything was on camara and when I showed the manager she said I had gotten some of my friend to act that out for me so all I gotta say bout this apartments is that tbey are not worth living here because for one bedroom they charge 580$ so yea if I was you I wouldn't even come to see em......
