Lived here a few years. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Rent is reasonable and apartments are in the center of everything. Would definitely recommend.

Their sheer lack of consideration and irresponsibility is surprising because they look a professionally run complex in their advertisements.

I love Lynndale and all of its facility. Most importantly the manager and office personnel are all very accommodating and supportive. I stayed there for 1 and a half-year for my US assignment and now I miss that place so much :-)

I LOVE living at Lynndale Apartments! I moved to Lynndale Apartments after selling my home last year. I was a little nervous about apartment living at first. Colleen gave me a wonderful tour and pretty much sold me right after that! I didn't even look anywhere else! When I have had a concern about anything in the apartment or a question of any kind there was a response immediately. I never had to wait or wonder when something would be taken care of. I love that they treat the tenants so well. The facility is well maintained too! Having a workout facility and heated pool have made it even more attractive to me. I've already resigned my lease for next year.

Lynndale is a great starter apartment. I rarely heard my neighbors, management was courteous and professional, and maintenance quickly responded to work orders. They really do live up to their promise to deliver great customer service. Colleen is a fantastic apartment manager. She's kind, cooperative, and is on top of things.
My only complaints are that the apartment gets really hot during summer because there's no central air, and the office decides when to turn on the heat for the cold season (and when to turn it off). That can lead to some very cold or very hot days that you're helpless to change. Still, it's a great deal for the price.
I'll stay here for 2 months remaining.
