Rent: $1000 per month including all the utilities.
Security Deposit: $700. It will be returned on vacating the place provided no damages to the property. THIS IS FOR 1 OCCUPANT ONLY.

Lease Terms: Minimum 2 months then month to month.
1 month notice required before vacating the room after 2 months.

About the room:
• Available rooms are combination of 2 rooms on the 2nd floor of this single family house. One room can be your bedroom and another room can be your own living room/office.
• Both the rooms are furnished with queen bed, desk, chair, futon etc. It can be furnished or unfurnished as per your need. It has lots of space for your own furniture.
• The room has 2 big closets.
• Very open floor plan and very spacious.
• 3 windows make the room bright. You get the view of the backyard.
Bathroom: Your private bathroom with bathtub is in front of your room.

About the house:
• House has high speed internet/WiFi with 1GB connection.
• The house is very spacious with hardwood flooring throughout the house.
• Nice living/family room with skylight, built-ins and fire place.
• Kitchen is equipped with electric stove, microwave, air fryer, blender etc. Everyone gets their own individual refrigerator in the kitchen. No sharing of refrigerator.
• Main level living room, kitchen, dining room, washer/dryer are shared with other renters.
• No sharing of bathroom in the house. Everyone gets private bathroom.
• Hand sanitizers, wipes etc cleaning supplies are provided.
• House has regular pest control service so it is pest free. You must clean after yourself to keep the house clean and bug free.
