Hi! I am subletting my one bedroom in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment at the YOUnion. The room is 9x12, and it comes fully furnished with a desk, desk chair, dresser, mattress, and bed frame. The room has a very big window as well. You share a bathroom with one other person. Her name is Maria and she is a first year grad student at umich. She’s great! There is a full size kitchen with an island and granite countertops, in unit ac/heating, and a living room with a leather couch, leather chair, and a tv. As for the apartment building itself, there is an indoor parking garage for cars and bikes, although I think that might be a little extra every month. There is also a fitness center, skylounge for hanging out with friends, a compute lounge with free printing, and an in building laundry room that is free to use. There are also Amazon lockers in the building so you can get your packages straight to the building. Water, gas, electricity, wifi, trash, etc are all included, so every month you would only have to pay $1199.00. It’s a 5 minute walk from campus, and the building itself is in the heart of downtown. Preferably people 21+, graduate students, or a young professional.
