With all do respect towards Andrea which is none btw I'd like to post a few of several photos of this place to warn off potential residents. I wasn't gonna post these but I didn't get my full deposit so screw it. For some reason the pictures of heroin needles, graffiti, trash, and homeless sleepers didn't upload
I stayed in this apartment for nearly 2 years. I seriously never faced any problem. There was no security related issue to me any...
I stayed in this apartment for nearly 2 years. I seriously never faced any problem. There was no security related issue to me any time or any weird encounters with residents. Most of the people in this apartment I talked are friendly and they mind their own work. Maintenance is always prompt. New Manager Andrea and asst manager Brenda are very good and they do a good job. After they came into work, it seems the apartments maintenance,security , neatness has improved. But still I would say they should work on the stinking smell( some weed smell) in the hallways, in the lawn area and also thoroughly check the background of people they are renting to. Some people look scary & like robbers. The management do a re-certification of the background check twice in the year within your lease time, but not sure why they let some scary people to still stay. I think this place will be the most safest if such people are not there around. Prior in 2016 , there were several times the gates were broken, but since 2017 it seems that the security is keeping up. Overall I recommend this place if you are looking for low budget rent with all utilities included(less than 600$ with Balcony,Walk-in closet, In house washer,dryer) & maintenance is basic.

Was a nice place when I moved in, over the past 2 years it's gone to hell. Loud fighting at night, uncontrolled animals and a management team that does nothing. Lease is up next month and already in negotiations for a different apartment, someplace where management actually cares about its tenants

Most of them are freindly Thank god they are not taking the lead from their boss. I don't feel conformable. I send someone else. I lived here all most 10 years. Twice this year 2017 people have walk into apartment and took items. The fact that didn't not know these people. It was taken very lighly. Now I have to lock my door were before I didn't. So security is 2 on scale of 1 to 10.

I highly don't recommend this complex I have lived here going on 4 years, the landlord "Susana" is the WORST LANDLORD, this woman doesn't do anything there is dog poop, trash all over the place, people constantly from the streets keep breaking in at night to sleep in the lobby, She doesn't do anything about Neighbors that want to make noise at 2 or 3 in the morning.
She also favors certain tenants, and she breaks her own rules on the lease.
She also will do everything she can to get good tenants out of here to bring in nothing but drug heads and dealers. If you try to stand up for your legal rights she will threaten to evicted you. not to mench the maintence staff over here are Thieves.

Use to be a lot better to live in these Apartments as previous reviews have stated it has garbage laying around outside of dumpsters. This is mostly because they don't choose to require the staff or tenants dump large trash items in a proper trash container and its especially terrible because recently there has been a few apartments with a bedbug infestation problem. The Awesome maintance guy Rick has just left and he will be missed but if anyone is considering moving here it would be advisable to visit several times and know who may be your neighbor's to determine if they might disturb you. There are people who are very nice and polite who've been living here for many years and the problematic ones don't live here long enough to be a big deal. As far as comfortable and affordable living goes this is a small gated community bordering the area of the city locals used to call the "war zone" now its the "International District"
But even so this a quiet and secure place

It is to the point that I don't want to stay at home and I never want to be anywhere near this place.

These aptz are okay as long as good receptionists work here, I would NOT recommend anyone to live at Valencia Court Aptz tho, for the fact that apartment living SUX!!!! ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE AWFUL NEIGHBORS BELOW YOU OR ON EITHER SIDE OF YOU!!! Other than that the manager "Tony" is AWESOME! Maitnance "Rick" is thee BOMB! :)
