Over the top (too much. Very used car salesman) friendly staff-but not helpful, especially once they have you. Specifically Angelica. No follow through- on anything, no retuning of phone calls, emails etc. office always locked. Her line call me anytime. Were family now is just that- a line. However, the building and apartments are lovely, the residents seem happy and are welcoming, and the price is right. My mother in law is thrilled to be here. So far.

My husband and I brought his mother to look at this place, and we were all very impressed. We were greeted and welcomed with enthusiasm. The building and property are immaculate and stylish, and the prices are very reasonable. The common areas are very appealing, and they even have a guest apartment that is available for friends/family of residents when they visit. When we visited a second time to get a closer look, my mother-in-law chose an apartment and we filled out the online application. Anjelica and Joanne were both fantastic. However, we ended up deciding to move our mom to Ft. Worth where we live so she could be close to us. When we withdrew our application, they were very gracious and understanding. We would highly recommend this community based on what we saw and experienced.

Im sorry. I have to post after seeing the video/ picture review left by a obviously bitter current resident. Weve all lived here a while and there are things from time to time I think could be different. But unlike some people- I ask. Many of us here love the staff here. The maintenance staff were onsite 24/7 during the February storm and doing everything in their power to inform us and assist us. We will never forget that. We also just had a wonderful pool party to kick off Memorial Day weekend. Using a storm that happened late Friday night as firepower for an early review isnt fair. We had a general information meeting on 5/12. We invited staff. Robert wasnt there. Many false claims and rumors were addressed then. Many of the facts in his video are not true. Timelines are exaggerated and weve asked about the tiles, Its an ongoing warranty claim. This buildings work is still under warranty. This was explained. The waterfall is not able to be restored. It was explained. The shuffle board was not brought up. I will ask. I walked the areas in this video this morning. 1. Gate is up- I asked, its being repaired. It was blown off by the wind late Friday night. 2. Large branch was not on sidewalk. Its gone. 3. Cant find any area where debris is falling - not only is this not true - its defamatory. 4. Water in the stairwell. There was about 3 of rain Friday night, surely there was water blowing in the bottom. The wind blew the gate off too! I asked- I was also told that the bathroom has been ongoing. Work above the restroom had to be done first. I guess what Im expressing is- if you have an issue, ASK ABOUT IT. Come to functions, talk to staff. The answer is usually positive and being addressed. Many of us feel like I do. Thank you staff!
