If I could give this place zero stars, I would. DO NOT RENT HERE. I have been here for four days, and it literally has been an apartment from hell. The AC has been out 3 of the four days we have been here. No one cleaned between tenants. When we did our walk through the aluminum tube that puts heat into the dryer was taped on with painters tape. The floorboards under the sink were not installed properly, which made me uneasy that our pets could get under there and trapped. Our blinds were broken, the bathtub was DISGUSTING. When we turned the handle on to turn on the shower, the handle came off in my hand. We gave them back their shower rod as it was rusty. The door to the bathroom was sticky with a weird texture to it... My roommate and I stated we wanted parking passes from the beginning and they didn't have those ready. They have an ice maker in the freezer, but do not hook it up. The ice bucket was missing. The pole in my closet to hang up my clothes was very loose and would have fallen down had I hung up any of my clothes. The closet door was jammed. They resealed the bathtub, but it honestly was a poorly done job. The switch that makes it turn into a bathtub to a shower was glued in place. Management won't call or e-mail you back. Emergency maintenance should be renamed not-so-emergency maintenance because they don't answer the phone. It is currently 90 degrees outside and 85 degrees in my apartment. The kitchen has ONE drawer that is approx. 4 inches wide. Barely any counter space and 4 cabinets total. The elevator is constantly out. It was conveniently out on move in day. I am suffering from second-hand embarrassment at how unorganized the office is. There is many places around here to rent from. Do not rent from here.

Takes a good while for maintenance to fix pretty much anything. I live in a two bathroom apartment and one of the toilets broke and it took two days for anyone to come in and fix it! Thankfully we had a second toilet.. but this also comes to when we moved in the apartment was supposed to be wifi ready... which it was not at all! They obviously fixed this problem within the past year so you should be okay with any wifi/internet situations with the upcoming years. But along with maintenance; the elevator had been out of service for 3-4 days this past weekend. Although the location is great! -Just beware that there are tons of options/choices within the area. Do not rush into things like I did.
