One of the better apartment experiences I've had. Was there a little over two years. They are quiet, convenient to most everything, and a bargain( neighborhood of $1000 for a two bedroom) given the area. Very pet friendly with a small 'dog park'. They are a little older, but well maintained and fairly energy efficient. Easily the best kitchen I've ever had in an apartment. You are in the woods, so expect the occasional insect visitor, although they are sprayed multiple times a year.
Sarah and Danny( office and maintenance) are very friendly and professional. Any maintenance needs I had were quickly taken care of. They worked around my odd work schedule without much difficulty. All in all, I'd recommend them to a friend! Thumbs up!

The best neighborhood I've lived in, very quiet, great neighbors, aweslme amenities especially the salt water pool. Super quiet and close to everything. Beware though, as great as Sarah is and as hard as she works, corporate will railroad you when you move out and charge you for everything they can without any legitimacy. Would give 5 stars if it wasn't for the terrible ending to our lease here.

I love living at the Pinnacle! I've been here for almost a year, and I love it! It has all the amenities that I need-- a salt water pool, and a dog park for my pup. I am happy to find a place to call home for my pitbull mix and me. The property manager Sarah is very understanding and personable. The location is great also... it's located right behind Crabtree Valley Mall, close to 440, and minutes away from downtown.
