I enjoy living here for the most part, but too many of the residents let their dogs walk around off leash. This means dogs are pooping wherever they please and no one cleans it up (which is certainly the owner's reaponsibility). I have stepped in crap and walked into my apartment with it so many times. There have been many instances where strange dogs just run up to me and my pit bull while we are walking (on leash). Luckily my dog is very social and we haven't had any issues, but this behavior could lead to an accident. I wish the leash law and owners picking up their dog's poop was enforced more. I am tired of having to clean my carpets so often.
